Netflix Announces Sequel to Global Hit. "It Cast a Spell on Viewers Around the World"

As The Hollywood Reporter has learned, there are also plans for a spin-off featuring one of the "Wednesday" characters . It's currently unknown who would be the protagonist of the planned expansion of the universe, set in the world created by American comic book artist Charles Samuel Addams in his Addams Family stories.

"It's been a dark pleasure watching Wednesday cast her spell on viewers around the world. We're thrilled that our heroine will once again wander the halls of Nevermore in Season 3. This time, she'll uncover even more of the school's dark secrets and delve even deeper into the Addams Family crypts. As Wednesday herself would say, 'Nothing brings a family together like a good exhumation,'" said series creators, writers, and showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar , as quoted in a press release.
